Jeep Uconnect Apple Carplay Upgrade

( so i have been told but yet to see a setup like this in a jeep from alpine ) If your vehicle has a uconnect 4 system that supports apple carplay or android auto, you can access features by connecting your smartphone to the usb port.

I have done this upgrade on my 14 jgced overland. When you upgrade to a more advanced infotainment system, you open up more options—including important features that improve safety. You should see the button while your display is on, even if you haven’t finished setup.
